Homeownership has always been the clearest path to wealth in America, but there's never been equal rights or access. By leveling the playing field, we can support upward mobility for many families who have been left behind.
Apply for Our $5,000 Grant Today!
Please apply if you'd like to be considered as a candidate for our program, which consists of $5,000 in closing cost assistance in addition to a homeowner mentor for the first year after moving in. Applicants must show proof of completion of a credentialed homebuyer education course. Applying does not guarantee the award and selections are made on a quarterly basis.
