Thanks to a generous donation by Inspectify, the RiseUp Fund is able to offer (10) free home inspections per quarter! Inspections must be performed by a certified Inspectify Home Inspector and follow all rules outlined below. The value of this free home inspection will not exceed $450 and is offered at the sole discretion of Inspectify. Completing the application and/or completing the Homebuyer Education Seminar is not a guarantee of the free home inspection or any other program. Free home inspections will be issued based on demonstrated need and other criteria outlined in the application. Please do not assume you have been awarded the free home inspection unless you receive official notification from the RiseUp Fund. We will review applications with regularity to identify candidates and select recipients on a rolling basis.
If you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, the first step is to complete the application:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Low to Moderate Income
- First Time Homebuyer
- Purchasing a Home in the Greater Philadelphia Area
- Completed a HUD-approved First Time Homebuyer Education Seminar
- Have a History with a Traditional Banking Institution
- Have a Minimum of $3000 but No More than $10K in Savings
- Have a Credit Score of 620 or Higher
- Home Price Must be Below $250,000
If you are selected, what the process will be to redeem their certificate. RiseUp is not responsible for incidents arising out of the inspection report provided by our partner and will not offer refunds on the service. In no instance will certificates be redeemable for cash and unused certificates will expire 6 months after date of award.
