Financial Award

The first step to participating in any RiseUp Programs is to complete our Intake Form here.

Completing the application and/or completing the Homebuyer Education Seminar / Personal Action Plan are not guarantees of the award. Grants will be issued when funds are available and at the discretion of the RiseUp team.  Please do not assume you have been awarded the grant unless you receive official notification from the RiseUp Fund. 

 

If you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, the first step is to complete the application:

  • Low to Moderate Income
  • First Time Homebuyer
  • Purchasing a Home in Philadelphia
  • Completed a HUD-approved First Time Homebuyer Education Seminar 
  • Have a History with a Traditional Banking Institution 
  • Have a Minimum of $4000 in savings
  • Have a Credit Score of 620 or Higher
