Our HUD-Certified program is designed to prepare individuals and families for the risks and responsibilities of homeownership without cost to them. Participants are encouraged to share their questions, anxieties, and concerns surrounding what is often the largest purchase they’ll make in their lives.

Participants will gain the knowledge and tools to help them save money, avoid pitfalls, and protect their financial situation. They will leave the program with the confidence and support necessary to thrive in both the home buying process as well as sustaining homeownership. Additionally, will leave the program with a personalized plan of action and access to multiple caring professionals to help them on their way.
