In order to be selected for the IDA Program, you will need to first watch the IDA Program Orientation. Completing this application and/or completing the Homebuyer Education Seminar is not a guarantee of acceptance in the IDA. There are a limited number of openings each year, and if not selected, you will be added to the wait list for next year’s slots.
How It Works:
Eligibility:
- Must meet our income guidelines: See chart
- Must have completed a HUD-certified first time homebuyer education course
- Must have local residency (Greater Philadelphia & Southern NJ)
Application Process
- Complete the interest application below
- Attend the Orientation Session
- Fill out & return enrollment forms
- Fill Out & Sign Pages 1 – 12
- Provide verification docs
- Photo ID
- Recent (Last 30 Days) Paystub
- Submit Completed Enrollment Paperwork to:
- Once submitted, you’ll be contacted about scheduling your Enrollment Interview
